Always in a race with the King himself to see who can run up the
biggest bar tab the fastest,
Billy holds down the bottom end of the King Con rhythm section.
Billy is credited (at least by himself) with inventing a new style of bass playing -
so over the top it's beyond heavy metal, and needs to be called by the new name:
Heavy Me-tile.
Rumor has it that Billy does occasionally stop smiling,
but it's an event so rare it can only be witnessed when Billy is
either asleep, or in the condition pictured at right.
